Do I need to provide hosting?
No. You can use your own hosting, or we can deploy and manage everything on Hostinger for you. Hosting price may vary by project.
Can you work with my existing brand?
Yes. We can follow your current brand guidelines or help refine them as part of the project.
What’s included in a commercial chatbot?
Integration with your site, training on your FAQs or documents, lead capture or booking flows, and optional CRM connection. Scope is always discussed first.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. We offer optional monthly maintenance packages for updates, security, and small changes after launch.
Are prices fixed or negotiable?
All listed prices are approximate starting ranges. Final quotes depend on your exact needs, timeline, and features — everything is negotiable.
What information do you need to start?
Goals, target audience, examples you like, content readiness, and any must-have integrations. A short strategy call covers most of this quickly.
Do you work with clients remotely?
Yes. Most delivery is remote with clear communication. Local support is available when the project needs hands-on IT help.
Who owns the website or app after launch?
You own the deliverables agreed in the proposal. We hand over access, assets, and documentation so you’re not locked in.
Can you improve an existing site instead of rebuilding?
Often yes — if the foundation is solid. Sometimes a rebuild is cheaper long-term. We’ll recommend honestly after a quick review.
How do payments usually work?
Payment schedule is defined in the proposal (commonly a start deposit and milestone or completion balance). Details are confirmed before work begins.
